Adenoids Without Surgery Support Webinar - February 2020 - Live And Interactive
This webinar is for parents of children who have enlarged adenoids and various accompanying problems such as snoring, sleep apnea, runny and stuffy nose, enlarged tonsils, cough, ear infections, allergies, and frequent colds. Sasha Yakovleva, the author of Adenoids Without Surgery book, will present the elements of Adenoids Without Surgery program created by A. Novozhilov MD at Clinica Buteyko in Moscow and further developed by Sasha at the Breathing Center. This non-medical, holistic program helps children to establish gentle nasal breathing instead of mouth breathing and, consequently, healthy breathing instead of over-breathing, which is detrimental to children’s wellbeing. Adenoids Without Surgery program helps prevent, reduce, or stop adenoid growth and the accompanying health issues. The Buteyko Breathing Normalization Method improves the functions of immune, nervous, and respiratory systems, creating a strong foundation for a child to become disease-free, emotionally balanced, and also happier. During this webinar, Sasha will help parents to understand how to implement the Adenoids Without Surgery program and answer their questions.
Many parents assume that in order to implement the Adenoids Without Surgery program, a child needs to work directly with a Buteyko Specialist. If a parent does not understand the Buteyko Method, his or her child will not be able to apply it successfully. Therefore, Sasha trains parents to train their children. Nevertheless, during these online sessions, she often demonstrates breathing exercises by asking a child to perform them.
To make this meeting more effective, Sasha recommends reading Adenoids Without Surgery book before attending this event.
This webinar will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.
